No, the UNH Franklin Pierce Law Library is not open to the public. UNH students and faculty from all three campuses, alumni, and attorney members, who are up-to-date on their current annual dues, are welcome to access the Law Library. If you're looking for a public law library, check out the John W. King Law Library at the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
